2020 Barrel Select Pinot Noir

This Barrel Select Pinot Noir truly represents the ways in which good may be born from strife. The 2020 year was a difficult one in countless ways, with an unprecedented pandemic, a very small crop, and to top it all off, an unrivaled wildfire season that ravaged the Willamette Valley during harvest. But in every difficult situation is an opportunity to come together in some way and create something wonderful. This vintage was a result of our second generation, Kira and Lucas, joining forces at a time of uncertainty and chaos, creating a wine born from their love, dedication, and perseverance. For this inaugural release of the vintage, we chose the Barrel Select for the holidays. Including notes of cherry, dark ripe fruit, rich earth, and spice, with a robust finish, this wine will pair with your hearty meals and would be particularly superb with a roasted leg of lamb and braised meats.
