Details: This is a semi-formal, 7 course and 8 wine dinner that focuses on the nuances and beauty of food and wine pairing. The amazing list of featured wines along with the menu is always kept secret until guests arrive for the evening. These courses are perfected over many months thus we are unable to accommodate food allergies or preferences. The winery doors open promptly at 6:30pm with wine and the amusé. Please do not arrive in advance of 6:30pm as we will be in final preparations for this wonderful event.
