2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir
Our Rosé has always been one of our most popular wines, and has a reputation for being one of our favorite wines - especially when enjoyed in a vertical setting. Each vintage, we produce our Rosé from the same vines, from the same hillside, and with the same winemaking techniques - but based on the climate, these gorgeous grapes will produce new and unique characteristics each year. Everything about our Rosé is intentional. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir with 2 hours of skin contact, pressed to perfection and fermented as a white - cool and slow in stainless steel. The 2019 entranced us with aromas and flavors of pink grapefruit, nectarine, and honeydew. Our 2020 Rosé displays synchronicity with these flavors, but has a silkier, rounder mouth feel. Notes of lychee and strawberry draw you in, and invite you to take another sip.
